1. Cheese Lollypops

Mix 4 boiled potatoes, 50 grams cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste to make dough. Prepare balls and add a piece of cheese in the center. Fry it. Once ready, screw in a stick at the bottom like a lollypop. Serve it hot.

2. Potato Cutlet

3. Grilled Paneer

Take 1 bowl of curd and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to it. Make a paste and marinate the paneer cubes, big pieces of onion and capsicum and keep it aside for 2 hours. Put marinated paneer and vegetables on the screw. Prepare 5-6 screws in the same manner. Take grill pan add oil and cook it on both the sides.

Mix 2 boiled potatoes, thinly chopped beans, 1 carrot and 2 teaspoons of gram flour in a bowl with salt and chilly and make cylindrical kebabs. Heat a grill pan along with oil and cook it. Once ready garnish it with lemon juice with coriander dip.

5. Crispy Okra

Take very thinly chopped okra; mix it with 2 teaspoons of gram flour and refined flour in a bowl. Add salt, chilly and dry mango powder and mix it. Keep marinated okra aside. After 2 hours, take the okra and fry it. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve it.
