1. Cheese Lollypops


Mix 4 boiled potatoes, 50 grams cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste to make dough. Prepare balls and add a piece of cheese in the center. Fry it. Once ready, screw in a stick at the bottom like a lollypop. Serve it hot.

2. Potato Cutlet

Mix 4 boiled potatoes; add salt, red chili powder and green chillies as per your taste. Make medium sized cutlets. Put 2 table spoons of oil on the non-stick pan and heat it. Once ready, put the cutlets and cook it. Serve it hot with your favourite dip.

3. Grilled Paneer


Take 1 bowl of curd and add salt, pepper and lemon juice to it. Make a paste and marinate the paneer cubes, big pieces of onion and capsicum and keep it aside for 2 hours. Put marinated paneer and vegetables on the screw. Prepare 5-6 screws in the same manner. Take grill pan add oil and cook it on both the sides.

4. Vegetable Kebabs


Mix 2 boiled potatoes, thinly chopped beans, 1 carrot and 2 teaspoons of gram flour in a bowl with salt and chilly and make cylindrical kebabs. Heat a grill pan along with oil and cook it. Once ready garnish it with lemon juice with coriander dip.

5. Crispy Okra


Take very thinly chopped okra; mix it with 2 teaspoons of gram flour and refined flour in a bowl. Add salt, chilly and dry mango powder and mix it. Keep marinated okra aside. After 2 hours, take the okra and fry it. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve it.

Take 2 bowls of curd, lemon juice, salt, red chili, ginger-garlic paste and coriander in a bowl. Make a paste and marinate the chicken. Leave it for 2 hours and once done, fry the chicken until cooked. Serve it hot with mint and coriander dip.

7. Minced Chicken Egg


Take 4 bowls of minced chicken; add salt and red chili to it. Take the chicken on your palm, flatten it and add a boiled egg in the center and give it an oval shape. Take each piece, dip it in the egg mixture and bread crumbs. And immediately fry it. Wait until its golden brown. Serve it with seasoned mayonnaise.

9. Tiny Chicken Town Tortillas


Take tiny pieces of chicken and mix them well with salt and red chilli powder. Keep them aside for 30-45 minutes and fry them once ready. Take crispy tortillas and add few pieces of chicken on each tortilla along with mayonnaise. Sprinkle oregano and serve hot.

10. Chicken Salad
