Nothing beats a good old game that has been passed down over the years. This is a game that you most likely played and enjoyed as a child. This game is ideal if you’re looking for indoor games for your child’s birthday party on a rainy day.
Arrange a small parcel and wrap it with a shimmery sheet.
Instruct the kids to sit in a circle and move a cushion or softball around as the parcel. The aim of the game is to move the parcel on to the person next to you as quickly as possible. Play some music and tell the kids that they must continue passing it as long as it is playing. When the music ends, the kid holding the parcel is out.
Chance to play your favourite cartoon character Mickey Mouse!
How to play?
Give each child attending the party a simple Mickey Mouse mask.
Enable them to colour the masks with crayons, pencils, or other colouring supplies.
Switch on to the next game once the masks have been decorated.
The next game is all about drama and mimicry. You can play these games in a row or give the kids a snack in between.
The masks that the children have made are to be worn.
After putting on the masks, they must walk across the room and introduce themselves in the same way that Mickey Mouse does before each episode (Ahey, everyone!). (My name is Mickey Mouse.)
Mickey’s voice has a distinct sound and tone that children enjoy imitating.
This game is fun and action-packed, particularly if you want to see budding mimics in action!
