There is nothing more enjoying than having your favourite homemade popsicles on a hot day. We all are aware that it is not safe nowadays to go out and eat ice cream but we can prepare fruit popsicles at home. There is one more problem with the store-bought kind is that they typically contain high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavours. There are so many popsicles that can be made during summers that you can make with your children or with your brothers or sisters. The best part of making these popsicles are that it can be made by adding almost anything and with numerous ingredients. You can keep your family stay healthy in this way for the entire summer season, you can add fresh fillings in ingredients like raspberry-coconut Creamsicle ice pops, kiwi-watermelon popsicles, and coconut-pineapple frozen delights.
To try making popsicles at home you will just need a few simple ingredients and some popsicle moulds to whip up them. So for you, we have rounded up the best homemade popsicle recipes to keep your sweet tooth at bay and cool you down the entire summer.
QUICK TIP FOR MAKING POPSICLES…
Make sure to leave about 1/4″ space at the top of the mould to drop in a thin orange slice (remove the rind!), and for the popsicle to expand.
For Event Planning Trends
Because when juice and water freezes, it expands. If the juice and ice expand over the mould, it makes the removal of the lid on the mould harder. Also, you don’t get a clean edge to your popsicle.
HONEY LEMONADE POPSICLES
Honey Lemonade Popsicles are one of our favourite popsicles! They are very simple to prepare, to add the sweetness you just need honey and to make them attractive you need some edible flowers.

MELON BASIL MOSCOW MULE POPSICLES
For all the adults who love booze so for them, you can make booze-infused Melon Basil Moscow Mule popsicles. We are sure this will be perfect for your summer parties.
1 lb. cantaloupe
5-7 mint leaves
6 oz. cup Tequila Reposado
4 oz. cup limeade
4.oz up ginger beer
2 oz. cup simple syrup (less if the melon is perfectly ripe and sweet)
Add cantaloupe, mint leaves, Tequila and limeade into a blender and process until smooth. Add the ginger beer and stir to combine. Add 1 tablespoon of simple syrup at a time to sweeten the mixture if needed.
Pour mixture into wells of the popsicle mould. Place a sheet of foil on top and using your finger trace the edge of each well. Use a small knife and cut a small hole in the centre of each well. Insert popsicle stick and transfer popsicle mould to the freezer. Freeze until set, about 4 to 6 hours. Time will vary according to freezer setting and how full your freezer is.
KIWI WATERMELON FRUIT POPSICLES
For all the fresh fruit lovers here is the popsicle made with completely out of fresh fruit, these popsicles are a healthy dessert option for both kids and adults. Not only these are made from 100% Kiwi Watermelon Fruit Popsicles but also they are completely delicious and satisfying for hot summer days.
4 kiwis, peeled
3 cups of seedless watermelon
optional if necessary: a splash of water (I used coconut water to help blend up the kiwi. The watermelon needs no extra liquid.)
You can choose which fruit you want to blend first. Remember that whichever fruit you pour into your mould first will be the fruit on the top of the popsicle while you’re holding it.
Add the kiwi into a blender or food processor and blend until fully liquified. For the kiwi, I added in a splash of water to help. If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can always mash the fruit thoroughly with a fork.
Pour the kiwi into the bottom of your popsicles moulds and place in the freezer for at least an hour.
When ready, blend up all of the watermelons and pour it into the popsicle moulds on top of the mostly frozen kiwi.
Place the popsicle sticks into the watermelon puree and place the mould back into the freezer for at least an additional hour.
Once done, run the mould under warm water to help release the popsicles. ENJOY!!
